We can babysit (take over) your mortgage, thus ensuring you do not default. This allows you to move on without the financial burden. Then in a term agreed by us all (ex: 7 years) we have an option to buy your home at your asking price that was £300,000.

If we do not take up the option then you have a home that has had potentially 7 years paid off its mortgage

Possible example: 

-Cost of Home: £330,000
-Mortgage owed: £300,000
-We take on the Mortgage (ie: £1,350 month)
- 7 years paid =£ 113,400
